Returns

Returns on defective items: If any item you purchase from us is defective in the materials used or was not printed according to the design you submitted, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a free replacement in kind. To do so, please email us at orders@sayitgreen.com and specify the defect (materials or printing, and where). We will reply to your email with a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please write your RMA and name on the packing slip and ship to:

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement to you.
